Our Commitment
Accessibility Statement
Ineffable Lux is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including customers with disabilities.
Our Goal
We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards so that all customers — including those who are blind, visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, or have limited mobility — can independently browse our services, book appointments, and shop online.
What We Have Done
- Added a "Skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Ensured all navigation menus are operable by keyboard and announced by screen readers.
- Provided descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Associated all form fields with visible labels.
- Made error messages clear and announced to assistive technology.
- Made the appointment booking calendar and time-slot picker keyboard accessible.
- Made photo upload fields accessible, including screen-reader announcements when a photo uploads successfully.
- Ensured product variant options (such as hair length) communicate out-of-stock status to screen readers.
- Provided visible keyboard focus indicators throughout the site.
- Designed touch targets to meet minimum size requirements for customers with limited motor control.
Known Limitations
We are continuously working to improve accessibility across every page and feature. Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards. We do not claim that this website is ADA certified or legally compliant — that determination requires independent legal and technical review.
